Local Courts

At the Law Office of Stephanie M. Arrache, located in Palm Springs, California, we make it our business to be familiar with every court in the area. The reason for this is that every prosecutor and every judge in every courthouse is different, which means that every misdemeanor or felony charge is handled differently. A case handled in the City of Riverside can be drastically different from a case handled in Joshua Tree or Fontana. A case in Indio can be handled different than a case in Murrieta Southwest. A charge of DUI can be handled different in Indio than it would be in the City of Riverside. A charge of drug possession (meth, cocaine, marijuana, etc.) filed in Fontana, may be handled differently than it would be in Chino. Knowing how cases are handled in different courts means that the Law Office of Stephanie M. Arrache will be able to decide upon the best tactics to handle your case. No two cases are the same, which means there are different approaches which must be considered. Stephanie Arrache will sit down with you personally and explain all the approaches and which is best suited for your needs.
