HARD Day of the Dead Festival in Pomona

Over Halloween weekend, there was a festival called HARD Day of the Dead Festival in Pomona.  The HARD Day of the Dead Festival in Pomona was held at the Pomona Fairplex and was a Halloween themed electric dance party.  It featured such artists as Deadmau5, Method Man & Redman, Skrillex and so many more.

Unfortunately, also in attendance at the HARD Day of the Dead festival in Pomona were a slew of cops, both plain clothed and uniformed.  On Saturday, they arrested 148 people and on Sunday they arrested 162 at the HARD Day of the Dead festival in Pomona.  These arrests were mostly for public intoxication, drug possession or being under the influence of a drug.  About 100 people were also cited for possession of a fake ID.

These charges (for the most part) are misdemeanor charges.  In addition to having a criminal conviction on your record for the rest of your life, you face jail time, community service and hefty fines.  California is broke and the courts try to bring in revenue through these criminal convictions.  Also, possession of a Fake ID carries with it a loss of drivers license for a year, even though you weren’t in a car!

You need an attorney who understands both the festival culture and the legal system to help you keep your future clear.  If you were arrested at HARD Day of the Dead festival in Pomona, you need to contact criminal defense attorney Stephanie M. Arrache immediately for a free consultation!
